Over 30 years ago I started by watering plants at a local flower shop. I worked for two of the most remarkable and amazing men! As they mentored me my skills grew creatively. I created beautiful florals and attended numerous weddings. I was always willing to lend a hand wherever it was needed. I had an inside view!
In 2016 I founded my own wedding planning and floral company. I loved it! It was a dream come true! But life through a curveball at me when I unexpectedly had a newborn to care for and navigating the COVID pandemic that rocked our world! Well, that baby is now 6 years old, and we all seem to be getting back to our lives as we once knew it.
Well, my life is taking another turn and I'm jumping in headfirst! I'm thrilled to share my expertise in storytelling through photography. With over 30 years of experience in the wedding industry, I have cultivated an extraordinary education as a creative artist. Wedding magic has been my passion, I've been humbled to witness couples love stories unfold, gaining intimate knowledge of every precious detail, from their first meeting to the euphoric engagement, the vow exchange, and the final dance! I am even more humbled to document those moments with a photograph and put them to print! Although originally from the East Coast, I've called the Pasific Northwest home since 2004. I developed a deep affection for the region and its people. I have made it my home! As a grandfather that is my greatest achievement in life! I cherish my family deeply. I have had a long-standing passion for photography. I've recently decided to transition my hobby into a career, thanks to the support of a fellow photographer. Previously, I have assisted my ex-wife, who is one of my closest friends! Yes, we have a one in million relationship. I have been behind the scenes helping her with her floral and wedding planning business. This has provided me invaluable insights into wedding dynamics and interpersonal relationship nuances. This experience, coupled with my calm nature under pressure, allows me to effortlessly capture meaningful moments with ease.
